Keep score or play for fun, either way, stay for the fun!

There is so much to offer women golfers and those who are considering taking up the game at Palmetto Hall Golf & Country Club. There are two challenging courses, Cupp and Hills, both offering two levels of forward tees.

We invite you to consider joining the Women’s Golf Association (PHWGA). No minimum handicap is required to be a member, but games/tournaments are played with a cap of 36 maximum handicap. Tuesday morning is the PHWGA League Day, a chance to test your skills against fellow players in a competition game, either individually or as part of a team. Thursday and Saturday mornings offer a relaxed game of golf and a time to hone your skills. We gather for lunch and social time following golf on each day.

Throughout the year there are additional playing opportunities including playing at other golf courses through Club Exchanges and Invitationals. PHWGA members who have maintained a handicap of 21 or less (for three months prior to application) can also sign up to play in the Low Country Women’s Golf Association (LCWGA). These games are played at neighboring golf clubs. Golf clinics are held periodically at Palmetto Hall for all skill levels.
