Private Events at Palmetto Hall

Palmetto Hall Golf & Country Club offers a setting suited for gatherings that benefit from natural light, open views, and a more contained, focused atmosphere. Located on Hilton Head Island, the clubhouse overlooks preserved landscape and fairways, providing a quiet backdrop for corporate and social events alike.

The ballroom accommodates up to 140 guests without a dance floor and approximately 120 with a dance floor in place, but the space can easily be transformed for smaller events. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in daylight throughout the afternoon, while the adjoining covered patio extends the space for cocktail receptions or outdoor gatherings.

Corporate meetings, holiday celebrations, rehearsal dinners, milestone events, and fundraisers are all coordinated in-house. Layout, menu planning, service timing, and vendor communication are handled directly by the events team so hosts can stay focused on their guests.

Golf Events and Outings 

Combine a round of golf on one of Palmetto Hall’s championship courses with a reception or dinner afterward. The outing schedule and the event timeline are coordinated together to ensure a smooth transition from course to clubhouse. All food and beverage service is prepared and managed in-house. Menus are built around the type of event, the timing of service, and your guest count. Options include plated dinners, buffet service, cocktail receptions with passed hors d’oeuvres, or a combination that suits your format. Tastings are scheduled prior to larger events to confirm selections and eliminate surprises. Custom menu adjustments are available for dietary considerations or themed occasions. Bar service packages are structured to align with the tone of the event.
